NM William Harrison
National Master William Harrison has been teaching chess to adults and children since 1980. He became a Master in 1988 (2200 USCF rating points) and broke 2300 rating points in 1989. He completed a post baccalaureate elementary education program in 1995 at the University of Minnesota.
CM Dane Bruno Zagar
Chess Expert Dane Zagar has played in over 500 USCF rated tournaments and taught chess for over a decade! He became a Candidate Master (2100 USCF rating points) in 2014, winning several state titles in the process. He is currently a PhD candidate in applied mathematics at the University of Minnesota. Justin Leighton is a high category chess player. He has won many local tournaments (class 4, 3 and 2). He tied for first in the Minnesota Open Tournament in 2016. He has been teaching groups and individuals since 2016.
